One-man deliveries (for smaller items) are generally shipped with TNT, and arrive in a pre-allocated one-hour time slot Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. The product will be handed over by a single-man delivery crew, still in its packaging, which you will then need to dispose of.

Larger items are delivered with our two, four-man delivery service, who will place your order in a room of your choice. They will also remove the packaging at your request and can take it away for recycling. They will also assemble the piece if required.
After we’ve dispatched your order, our delivery company will be in touch with you to organize a delivery date. You’ll be offered a selection of available dates, though you can also choose another day if it’s more convenient. You’ll receive your allocated 3-hour time slot the day before delivery. On the day, you will receive a call between 30 – 60 minutes prior to your delivery. If your plans change and you need to change the date, please let us know beforehand.

Make sure you examine your item(s) on arrival before you sign for them to confirm delivery.
If you are not present at the delivery address within your allocated delivery slot, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange another time slot. However, we do ask that you let us know of any necessary changes to your delivery slot in advance, where possible.
If your order is made up of multiple products, we can:

Shipping prices depend on the item, how it’s shipped and to which country the item is to be delivered to. Larger items will be shipped freight. Freight shipping includes insurance and is curbside, which means it will be dropped off at the curb on a pallet. All items will be packaged with care and insured with a signature required for delivery. Weels are not usually insured unless requested. We are not responsible for damage during shipping, unless it was due to poor packaging on our part. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEM WHEN IT IS DELIVERED! IF THERE IS DAMAGE, DO NOT ACCEPT IT. The shipping partners will return it to us and we will file an insurance claim and/or repair it
We’re happy to supply our furniture to anyone around the world. While our sales representatives are exclusively located in Latvia they are able to answer any question regarding the design and manufacturing process for our full product line.

In stock items are returnable within 7 days from the date received for a full refund (minus shipping) as long as it is in new condition and shows no signs of usage. Please call us if there are any problems. The client is responsible for return shipping charges if applicable.
We want each client to be happy with their purchase and understand that the piece may not fit your home once you get it there. Custom orders are non-returnable. Each piece is guaranteed to be free from defects for 60 days. If the item needs repair after the 60 day period (ie. you dropped it down the stairs), we can usually fix it for a modest charge with shipping at your expense.
In addition to offering a customizable product line, we also offer:

- Retail fixtures, component design, hospitality, restaurant, and residential products.
Our products are warranted to be free from material defects in workmanship, materials, and construction for 60 days. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, nor from damage resulting from improper use, care or storage. Because many of our products are hand-crafted and made with natural materials, variations in size, shape, and color should be expected. The customer is responsible for shipping charges, and if applicable, for any warranty issues.
Wood Furniture & Parts – Warranty does not cover expansion, contraction, cracking, splitting, or the effects of high or low humidity. Wood furniture will have one or more of the following characteristics which are not considered defects: variations in grain and color, knots, mineral streaks, pitch pockets. The Warranty does not cover darkening of wood or finish, which occurs naturally over time.
Steel Furniture & Parts – The Warranty does not cover rust or tarnishing resulting from scratches or abrasions to finish, or changes in patina, as it is a living finish that mellows with age. For indoor use only unless otherwise indicated.
